PAELA is pleased to offer all PAELA members the opportunity to attend the upcoming February 22-24, 2024 winter meeting at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford, PA. PAELA Member Registration and Sponsorship Registration will be available late Fall.

Mask and Refund Policy

Mask Policy for 2022 Winter Conference

Mask wearing is RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED in any meeting or reception space assigned to PAELA by the Omni, when not eating or drinking.  This means that each attendee will be responsible for their own risk level around other people.

 

Refund Policy for Registration Fees

PAELA will issue a full registration refund to pre-registrants who cancel attendance by January 31, 2022, for any reason. PAELA will issue a partial 50% registration refund to pre-registrants who cancel attendance between February 1 – 24, 2022, provided they submit a doctor’s note that they cannot attend due to health issues. Cancellation is done by emailing PAELA Administrator, Elaine Farrell, at efarrell@paela.info. If cancellation is between February 1 – 24, 2022, and due to a health issue, the doctor’s note shall be attached to the email.
